Optimal 5zon is ideal for all types of healthcare environments and is used as an aid in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers up to category 2, and for pain therapy. It is a soft and flexible mattress replacement that is placed directly on the bed and replaces both the standard mattress and mattress pad.

It has very good pressure redistribution properties and is also equipped with the unique DuoCore sit-function. It has been designed to provide support when seated, while also offering good comfort in lying position.

Optimal 5zon comes with several different options of covers. The soft and elastic material is vapour permeable, which reduces the risk of skin maceration. A durable cover that is easy to clean and with a very well documented hygienic standard.
