Exchanges & Returns
At Crescent Healthcare, we want you to have complete confidence in the products and equipment you receive. If something isn’t quite right, our team is here to help with a fair and transparent exchange or return process.
Our Policy
We accept exchanges and returns for most stocked items, provided the product:
Has not been used
Is in its original packaging
Is in saleable condition
Custom-made items and capital equipment are not normally eligible for exchange or return unless found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.
All returns are subject to review and approval. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to cover handling and administrative costs.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
Contact Us
Get in touch with our customer service team and provide your invoice number, product details, and reason for return.
Assessment
We’ll review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for exchange, replacement, or credit.
Return Authorisation
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Processing
After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or return and notify you of the outcome.
Freight & Handling
Unless faulty or supplied in error, return freight cost is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be securely packed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
