Whether you need a simple, standard delivery or a fully managed project with installation and commissioning, our experienced team is here to help.
We also offer a Click & Collect option for those who prefer to pick up their items directly from our Reception. Just place your order, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect.
We understand that situations can change—whether it’s a hospital discharge, an accident, or a sudden change in care needs. Our team will work with you to find the best delivery solution so you get what you need, when you need it.
Helpful Information Before You Receive Your Delivery
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
It depends on the delivery type:
Installation or Commissioning: Yes—you’ll need to be home to guide our team on where to place or install your items.
Standard Delivery: Our driver will leave your order in a safe, secure location. If they cannot find a safe place, the delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Unsuccessful deliveries may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Where possible, we’ll work with you to arrange a delivery window that suits your schedule. We’ll confirm any timing details with you ahead of time.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
No problem—contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule. If your order has already left our Reception and is with a courier, you may be able to liaise directly with them to arrange an alternative date.
Do you offer delivery for large or complex projects?
Yes. Our full project management service includes delivery, installation, and commissioning—ideal for large-scale fitouts, specialist equipment, or time-sensitive projects.
Where can I collect my order?
Click & Collect is available from our Reception. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and provide easy collection instructions.
