WorkSafe Victoria is the statutory authority responsible for workplace health, safety, injury management and workers’ compensation across the state. Its mandate includes preventing workplace harm, enforcing compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, and supporting injured workers with rehabilitation, treatment and return-to-work pathways.
